Message Program Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Copperline Web handles information used for its optional customer-care text-message program. Copperline Web is a service of The TAS Guy, LLC.

Information we collect

• Your mobile number and, when provided, your name, company, email address, and service relationship.
• Your consent choice, the date and source of that choice, and requests sent to the program.
• Delivery, HELP, STOP, and support records needed to operate and protect the program.

How we use information

We use this information to send requested Copperline Web service and support updates, respond to HELP requests, honor STOP requests, maintain suppression records, and meet legal and carrier requirements.

Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell or rent mobile numbers. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We may share limited information with messaging providers, carriers, and confidential service providers only to deliver requested messages, provide support, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

Choices and control

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for program assistance. You may also call the program owner to ask questions about your data or request correction or deletion where permitted by law.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Consent and suppression records are kept only as long as needed for service operation, dispute handling, carrier requirements, and legal obligations, then securely deleted or de-identified.
